This amazing newly renovated luxury apartment is located in the World Heritage 1st District. It is on a quiet street lined with artwork display from art galleries on this street. You will be two minutes away from Buda’s city center and the major metro station Széll Kálmán tér. Mammut mall, and the Buda Castle’s entrance Becsi Kapu (Vienna gate) are four minutes away.
This apartment is ideal for luxury short term vacation rental for tourists, couples, a small family, business travelers, corporate rental, art enthusiasts or medical tourists as we have a renowned plastic surgeon’s office in the building.

This luxury apartment is located on the 4th floor of a historic building with an elevator. Bright and cheerful, it is furnished for your comfort.
LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a microwave oven, 2 burner gas stove, coffee maker, electric water kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils, cutlery and dishes. The dining table seats up to 4 people comfortably. The air conditioned living area contains a two seater couch which pulls out as a bed which can sleep one adult comfortably. There is smart LED TV with cable access.
There is a small WC adjoining the living room with a sink and a toilet. The entrance area has a built in wardrobe.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
The bedroom comes with a queen size bed for two, a wardrobe and a small working area The bathroom has a shower cabinet with a big showerhead, toilet, a double wash basin and a washing machine. There are two small windows letting natural light into bathroom.
INTERESTING BUDAPEST SIGHTS AND AMENITIES NEARBY
The most well-known historic sight of Budapest world heritage site is the Buda Castle and one of it’s entrances Becsi Kapu (the Vienna Gate) is 4 minutes walk from your luxury apartment.
Széll Kálmán tér is the most important transportation hub of Buda with the M2 (red) metro line station goes through here. Also the start of the longest tram lines driving through the city centre: Line 4 and 6 originates here which runs around a grand ring road. This is also the starting point of several tram lines and buses.
If you are a wine lover, one of Budapest’s best wine shops Bortarsasag (Wine society) is just a minute away. Two other famous Buda icons, the Oscar American Bar and restaurant and the famous Arany Kaviar(Golden caviar)restaurant are three minutes away
This area is also great for shopping. Within 5 minutes you can find a great food and produce market, the biggest in Buda: the Fény utca csarnok(market), open every day except Sundays, with fresh farmer’s products and all kinds of food stores.
Five minutes away is the Mammut Shopping Mall which offers many international brands for clothes and accessories, as well as a supermarket, a drugstore, plenty of restaurants and cafés, book stores, beauty salons, banks/ATM machines and a gym..
The famous 700 year old Matthias church in the castle district and the Fisherman’s Bastion which offer stunning view of the Danube and the Pest side are about 15 minutes walk from your apartment. You could also take a bus to the castle. There are two bus stops within a minute walk on each side of the building entrance.
Downtown Pest (Deak Ferenc ter) is just a 5 minute subway ride from the nearest metro (Szell Kalman ter)
